We are of the opinion that winter sports enthusiasts like you deserve only the best when dining on the mountain. That's why we have a large number of our dishes prepared by our chefs in our in-house kitchen. Depending on the season, we use hand-picked, local ingredients, crispy fresh vegetables and fine meat specialties from Tirol such as our legendary Tirolean alpine beef.
