At the in-house kitchen, our team of chefs prepare many of your favorite dishes themselves, which are then served while indulging in the breathtaking Alpine panorama. Depending on the season, we use mostly regional ingredients from Tirol and all of Austria but always with a lot of love ♥ so that your high alpine culinary experience becomes a very special one.

We are of the opinion that winter sports enthusiasts like you deserve only the best when dining on the mountain. That's why we have a large number of our dishes prepared by our chefs in our in-house kitchen.
