1. The organizer of the giveaway is Martin Riml Gesellschaft m.b.H. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). This giveaway is in no way associated with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook or Instagram.

2. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Participants who violate these terms and conditions, use unauthorized aids, or attempt to gain an advantage through manipulation will be excluded from participation.

3. All natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Participation is only permitted once per person.

4. The giveaway begins at the time it is published on the Organizer’s Facebook/Instagram page. The end (date and time) of the giveaway period (start and end) is specified in the respective giveaway post (Facebook/Instagram post).

5. Participation in the draw requires a specific action as described in the respective giveaway post (Facebook/Instagram post).

6. The winner will be selected after the end of the giveaway period, ensuring randomness and the four-eyes principle, unless other methods of determining the winner are specified (e.g., user voting – the photo with the most “likes” wins).

7. Contributions that violate Facebook/Instagram guidelines, Austrian or European law, or our netiquette will be removed without notice upon becoming known. The participant will then be excluded from the draw.

8. The winner will be notified via private Facebook/Instagram message or email immediately after the end of the giveaway period. If the winner does not respond within two days after the notification by sending a private Facebook/Instagram message to the Gletscher Arena Facebook/Instagram page, including their contact and address details, their claim to the prize will expire without replacement. In this case, a replacement winner will be selected. There is no obligation to accept the prize.

9. The data and information provided by participants as part of the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of processing and documenting the giveaway. This includes the publication of the winner’s name and profile picture on the Gletscher Arena Facebook/Instagram page and website. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant may revoke this consent at any time by sending an email to info@riml.com. In the event of revocation, the participant will be excluded from the giveaway.

10. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment is not possible. The prize is non-transferable.
